- Order Processing & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.
Delivery time may vary depending on your city and location within Saudi Arabia and UAE.
We currently deliver only within Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
- Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
No advance payment or online transfer is required.
- Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. If any product is out of stock, we will inform you before processing your order.
- Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business (dropshipping), we currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
The item is received damaged or is completely different from what was ordered.
In such rare cases, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item with clear photos as proof.
Note: We reserve the right to reject any return request if it does not meet the above conditions.
